Safetyhawk Vision provides, but is not limited to:

• CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment
• Security and monitoring solutions
• Installation, maintenance, and technical support
• Warranty registration and after-sales services

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

• Warranty coverage is provided as per the specific product warranty terms mentioned on the invoice or warranty card.
• Warranty is applicable only after successful product registration, where required.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Power fluctuations, lightning, fire, or natural disasters
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject warranty claims after inspection.

• Installation services are subject to site feasibility.
• Additional materials, cabling, drilling, or accessories not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.
• Delays caused by customer unavailability, site conditions, or force majeure events are not the Company’s responsibility.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as per Government of India regulations.
• Full or advance payment may be required before delivery or installation.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

• Products once installed or used are non-returnable, unless defective.
• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval by the Company.

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal and site information
• Ensure safe power supply and infrastructure
• Allow reasonable access for installation or service
• Use products only for lawful purposes

• Customer data collected during registration or service is used only for business, support, and warranty purposes.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
• Customers consent to receive service-related communications via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

All content, logos, software, product designs, and materials belong to Safetyhawk Vision India Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Surveillance products are tools for monitoring only; Safetyhawk Vision does not guarantee prevention of theft, crime, or loss.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
